STAFF BENEFITS
Some of the benefits we offer our employees…
Studies have suggested that women and those from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic communities can sometimes judge themselves more harshly against Job Specifications.
If you don’t feel you meet all the criteria but still have an interest in the role, we would welcome your application.
If you would like to read any of our Job Descriptions in a different format or would like to discuss different arrangements for your application process, please email HR@cardiffwomensaid.org.uk.
