HR Manager

Acting as a people partner to drive people management initiatives. The role will have a designated internal client base to directly partner and will support CWA in promoting its corporate values and shaping a positive culture.

This role will establish consistency of practice and ensure delivery of a cost effective, customer-focussed service whilst continually striving for excellence.

6-month Fixed Term Contract

Finance Manager

As the Finance Manager you will join a small team and report directly to the CEO. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the financial health of the organisation. You will manage the day-to-day financial requirements of the Company.

You will provide support and guidance on all financial matters and support the rest of the business with financial decision making. You will prepare and present financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

6-month Fixed Term Contract

PT £25,000 (FTE £35,000)

Adult Community Support Worker (Maternity cover)

To provide a high-quality frontline service to victims of domestic and sexual abuse and wider VAWDASV issues. Delivering a range of crisis intervention, early intervention and prevention work, intensive support, and accommodation-based support.

Temporary post to cover maternity leave

£24,800

Weekend Support Assistant

Based out of our accommodation alongside other accommodation staff this role will provide a high-quality frontline service to victims of domestic and sexual abuse and wider VAWDASV issues.

£23,400 FTE

Refuge Support Assistant

To support the Accommodation based IPA team to provide a high-quality frontline service to victims of domestic and sexual abuse and wider VAWDSV issues.
