Health & Safety and Facilities Officer
Cardiff Women’s Aid (CWA) offer specialist violence against women,
domestic abuse, and sexual violence services. CWA is the lead agency in the delivery of an end to end, crisis to recovery, change that lasts service. Using a trauma-informed model, we wrap the right packages of support, advocacy, and accommodation around our service users.
The purpose of this role is to ensure that all CWA properties are clean, maintained and in good
working order including all property assets. Arrange any needed repairs, through contractors, resolve any concerns or complaints from clients and staff around facilities and properties, look after the grounds, ensure that all buildings and staff
conduct comply with all Health and Safety, facilities and Building Regulations.

Office Administrator P/T
Cardiff Women’s Aid delivers a trauma-informed, specialist and independent domestic and sexual violence/abuse and wider VAWDASV service to women and children through a range of delivery mechanisms including: specialist risk and needs assessments, individually tailored support packages and group work.
The purpose of this role is to act as the first point of contact into the service – managing the reception desk, answering telephone and email queries, maintaining the client management database and relevant spreadsheets.
£23,900 pro rata

Senior IDVA
CWA provides expert, specialist, independent support and advocacy to women and children who have experienced domestic and sexual violence/abuse through the delivery of individually tailored support packages, group work, support in emergency accommodation, advocacy, and prevention work throughout the community
To provide a high-quality frontline service to victims of domestic and sexual abuse and wider VAWDASV issues. Delivering a range of crisis intervention, early intervention and prevention work, intensive support and accommodation-based support
This role will primarily be based in the community team, but may require you to work flexibility to suit the needs of the organisation.

Refuge Support Assistant
RISE delivers expert, specialist, independent and domestic violence/abuse and other violence services to women and children through a range of delivery mechanisms including specialist risk and needs assessments, individually tailored support packages, group work and accommodation.
The purpose of this role is to support the Accommodation based IPA team to provide a high-quality frontline service to victims of domestic and sexual abuse and wider VAWDSV issues
